This exclusive New Year’s Eve soirée begins at 7:00 PM with an elegant cocktail reception in the Hemingway Bar. Indulge in an array of passed hors d’oeuvres, including filet mignon bites with horseradish and crispy shallots, butter-poached lobster in phyllo with caramelized onion and Champagne reduction, and wild mushroom arancini with truffle oil and garlic aioli.

Following the reception, a private table awaits you at Bogie & Bacall’s for a sumptuous seven-course culinary journey. Begin with an elegant duck confit paired with foie gras, Florida citrus, toasted brioche, pistachio, and local microgreens, followed by a velvety prawn bisque with garlic crostini and micro basil.

The culinary experience continues with a vibrant hearts of palm salad featuring heirloom tomato, avocado, grilled pineapple, pomegranate, macadamia, and a coconut key lime vinaigrette, followed by a refreshing Champagne key lime sorbet intermezzo.

The feast continues with grilled Chilean sea bass accompanied by asparagus, Alaskan king crab mousse, carrot purée, and Osetra caviar, followed by decadent wagyu served with potato au gratin, cipollini onion, chard broccolini, and cabernet au jus.
