Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of a reservation including taxes is due at time of booking to confirm a reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 30-days prior to arrival.

If a cancellation in writing is received and confirmed by the resort 31 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date of a reservation, a $250 USD per reservation cancellation fee will be applied and the remaining deposit will be refunded.

Reservations become NON-REFUNDABLE 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date of a reservation. Cancellations received 0-30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival are not eligible for a refund.

The Bungalows Key Largo reserves the right not to provide exemptions from the cancellation policy above for medical matters, inclement weather conditions, travel delays or any other unforeseen circumstances.We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to your stay

Gratuity Policy

Gratuity is not included in guest reservations. The Bungalows has chosen to reject standard resort protocol and not charge our guests a Resort Fee or pre-collect a set Auto-Gratuity for staff. We believe that our guests should have the freedom to decide how their gratuity dollars are spent based on the quality of service received. An itemized check totaling $0.00 for all items enjoyed at our food and beverage outlets will be presented at the end of each meal or time of service to provide guests the opportunity to leave a gratuity at their discretion.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM EST

Check-out time is 11:00 AM EST

Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy

The Bungalows Key Largo is an all-inclusive resort. All amenities, including food & beverage outlets, are included from 4:00 PM on your day of arrival until 11:00 AM on your day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be accommodated when available and will incur an additional cost. Please check with Front Desk to confirm availability.

 

 

  • Full Early Check-in (11AM – 3PM) = $600.00 + taxes

Early access to your Bungalow and all resort amenities (limited availability)

  • Limited Early Check-in (11AM – 3PM) = $300.00 + taxes

Early access to all resort amenities without access to your Bungalow until our regular check-in time of 4PM

 

  • Full Late Check-out (llAM – 3PM) = $600.00 + taxes

Continued access to your Bungalow and all resort amenities (limited availability)

  • Limited Late Check-out (llAM – 3PM) = $300.00 + taxes

Continued access to all resort amenities after checking out of your Bungalow at our regular check-out time of 11AM. Our Bell staff can store your luggage until your departure.

Single Occupancy

Our all-inclusive bungalows are designed to accommodate double occupancy and prices are set to accommodate two guests. We welcome single occupancy reservations at the same rate as double occupancy during our peak season.

Single occupancy rates are available only during the months of September, October & November. For single occupancy reservations during that time period we may be able to deduct $150 USD per night, per reservation. This is not guaranteed and is based on occupancy and availability. Please ask your reservation agent for details at time of booking.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-transferable and may only be redeemed according to the terms of issuance. Gift certificates have no cash value. Please note that gratuities are not included when redeeming gift certificates awarded to non-profit organizations for the purpose of fundraising; staff gratuities are the responsibility of the certificate holder.

Travel Insurance

To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend the purchase of adequate travel insurance to protect your investment once accepting the terms & conditions of Bungalow’s cancellation policy by executing a reservation.

Dining Reservations

Dinner reservations are required for all Food & Beverage outlets. In order to provide you with a great dining experience on your preferred date and time, we strongly recommend making all reservations prior to your arrival at Bungalows. Guests staying a minimum of 5 nights are guaranteed to dine at Bogie & Bacall’s at least 1 night during their stay. All guests staying 4 nights or less will be booked at Bogie & Bacall’s based on space availability upon arrival.

Shipping/Receiving Packages

 When shipping packages to the Bungalows, please include the first and last name on your reservation and arrival date. Receiving fees will be applied per package and are based on weight. For any items shipped by the hotel, guests are responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $20 handling fee.
